Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding furniture) and then handed over to the carrier based on the selected delivery method. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the delivery method you choose when you confirm your order.

1. In-store pickup : free for all orders
2. Pickup point delivery : €4.90 – Free for orders over €100
3. Home delivery : €5.90 – Free for orders over €100
4. Furniture delivery : €49.90 – free for orders including at least €750 worth of furniture from the Fantine or Lubin range – 3 to 4 weeks

*Delivery times may be extended during sales and promotional events.

As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse or one of our Natalys stores, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped. This email includes a summary of your package and your tracking number.

You can also find this number in your order details within your “My Account” section, where you can view the current processing stages.

You can shop on our website with complete peace of mind. All your purchases on Natalys.com are protected and secure. Your banking information is encrypted and automatically deleted after payment. When you pay with PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the merchant, providing you with protection against fraud.

You can verify the security system by looking for the closed padlock icon at the bottom of the page, which indicates security. You can therefore pay online with complete peace of mind.

If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you may return any item purchased on our website within 30 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, provided the product is in perfect condition (see Terms and Conditions of Sale). This excludes clearly personalized products, which are not subject to your right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code.
